The agreement provides the airline with a unified digital platform designed to centralize technical documentation and streamline audit-ready reporting. By implementing modules for line maintenance, hangar shop operations, and safety compliance, the carrier aims to transition toward paperless workflows. The integration includes digital task cards and real-time dashboards tailored to the airline’s specific operational requirements.
Samer Majali, Vice Chairman and CEO of Royal Jordanian, described the software adoption as a cornerstone of the airline’s broader growth strategy. He noted that the investment is intended to bolster operational performance and safety standards as the carrier continues to scale. Sandesh Bilagi, CEO of Ramco Systems, added that the platform will utilize AI and agentic automation to increase engineering resilience, allowing the airline to manage its fleet of Boeing Dreamliners, Airbus A320neo family, and Embraer aircraft with greater precision.
