Lennar Launches Prentis Branch Development in Rome, Georgia

The new community features a mix of ranch-style and two-story homes ranging from 1,274 to 2,023 square feet. Each residence includes three to four bedrooms and up to three-and-a-half bathrooms, all equipped with the builder’s standard smart home technology suite. Scott Withington, division president for Lennar Atlanta, noted that the site provides access to Northwest Georgia’s outdoor amenities and sits within a city recognized for its environmental stewardship.

Residents will have access to four dedicated community parks and proximity to the Riverbend Shopping Center. Families moving into the neighborhood fall within the Floyd County School District, which offers dual enrollment and Advanced Placement coursework. Beyond the immediate neighborhood, the location provides commuters and families with direct routes to downtown dining, entertainment, and facilities such as the Rome Tennis Center and Heritage Park.
