Therap Services Adds Multilingual PDF Translation to Incident Reports

The new feature integrates directly into existing workflows within the company’s HIPAA-compliant platform. By selecting the "Display Printable (PDF)" option from a GER record, users can access a dropdown toolbar to choose their target language. The system then generates a translated version of the report, preserving standardized formatting while eliminating the need for manual translation or additional administrative work.

This functionality extends Therap’s broader efforts to support inclusive, person-centered care in Long-Term Services and Supports and Home and Community-Based Services settings. By providing automated, instant access to translated incident summaries, care providers can improve transparency during follow-up discussions with families and non-English speaking staff members. The tool complements the company's existing AI-powered translation suite, which already covers care plans, daily notes, and health tracking modules.
