Radiology Pioneer Lawrence Tanenbaum Joins Subtle Medical Leadership

Dr. Tanenbaum, a recognized authority in the field, joins the company following a tenure as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at RadNet. His career includes leadership roles at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and decades of private practice, where he focused on the integration of emerging imaging technologies. His transition to an executive role at Subtle Medical aims to accelerate the deployment of AI-enhanced MRI, PET, and CT solutions across global healthcare systems.

At Subtle Medical, Tanenbaum will collaborate with Co-Founder and Chief Science Officer Dr. Enhao Gong to oversee clinical strategy and product development. Having previously championed the deployment of SubtleMR™ across hundreds of scanners, Tanenbaum intends to focus on validating new technologies that offer measurable improvements for both practitioners and patients. The company currently maintains 11 FDA-cleared products and operates across more than 1,500 imaging systems, a footprint Tanenbaum is expected to expand as the organization scales its platform.
