The platform consolidates Learning Management System (LMS), Training Management System (TMS), and Learning Experience Platform (LXP) capabilities. Vivek Ravichandran, a senior manager at 360Quadrants, noted that the platform’s strength lies in its ability to manage the entire training lifecycle, from initial course creation and learner enrollment to virtual instructor-led sessions, compliance tracking, and advanced analytics.
SimpliTrain has focused on reducing dependency on fragmented digital tools and spreadsheets by integrating AI-powered authoring features. These tools allow users to convert presentations, PDF documents, and video files into interactive, SCORM-ready courses without coding. Furthermore, the system supports global operations through multi-language capabilities, including right-to-left text support for Arabic, alongside German, Japanese, and Spanish. By streamlining these functions, the service aims to assist enterprises and content creators in maintaining visibility into learning outcomes across diverse, multi-location workforces.
