The newly released Masterclass #3, titled "Revitalizing Churches Worldwide," addresses the systemic stagnation within Armenian congregations through a framework of transparency, accountability, and performance. The program outlines four primary goals and seven operational steps designed to modernize church management and outreach. Beyond simple attendance metrics, the curriculum scrutinizes financial transparency, educational training, and the social return on investment for religious institutions.
To support this initiative, the Charles & Agnes Kazarian Foundation has earmarked $100 million for community education and resource development. The masterclass itself consists of a 22-minute instructional video paired with an 87-slide presentation, 72% of which contains original material not featured in previous installments. The project advocates for a shift toward data-driven governance, urging leaders to publish performance metrics and implement structured outreach programs, such as the "Bring a Friend" initiative, to rebuild community engagement.
