Founder Eric Maxson retains an ownership stake and will continue to lead the organization alongside Riccardi and Weaderhorn. This partnership reunites Maxson and Riccardi, who previously collaborated early in their careers. The leadership group brings extensive experience from their work with MedSource National, aiming to scale Integral’s reach while maintaining the service standards established over the past three decades.

Riccardi noted that the firm intends to build upon its reputation with A-rated clients, emphasizing the delivery of defensible results. Weaderhorn highlighted the opportunity to balance organizational growth with the responsiveness that has defined the company since its inception. Moving forward, Integral National plans to invest in medical specialist panels and technological scalability to serve the workers' compensation and auto liability insurance markets.
