Ocean State Credit Union appoints Krista Rousseau as Branch Manager

Rousseau arrives at the Coventry-based credit union following a six-year tenure at Chase Bank, where she rose to the position of Branch Operations Lead. Her background also includes a decade-long stint at Edward Jones as a Senior Branch Office Administrator. This transition brings a blend of operational oversight and relationship management to the credit union, according to CEO Michael Garvey, who highlighted her record in team development and service standards.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Rousseau maintains an active presence in Rhode Island philanthropic circles, volunteering with organizations like the Rhode Island Community Food Bank and the WARM Center. Currently finishing a bachelor’s degree at the University of Arizona, she balances her career with family life and musical pursuits, often performing at charitable events alongside her husband and three sons.
