Greenberg Traurig Relocates Riyadh Headquarters to Kingdom Centre

Occupying the 56th floor of Riyadh’s iconic Kingdom Centre, global law firm Greenberg Traurig Khalid Al-Thebity has moved its regional headquarters to the landmark tower. The relocation signals a strategic entrenchment in the Saudi market, underscoring the firm’s long-term bet on the Kingdom’s rapid economic expansion.

The move from the firm's previous office reflects an accelerated growth phase that began with its Middle East entry in 2023. By establishing a presence in one of the city's most recognizable buildings, the firm aims to consolidate its management operations and support its expanding roster of legal talent. Executive Chairman Richard A. Rosenbaum described the transition as a statement of intent, noting that the firm prefers to actively invest in the markets it serves rather than merely chasing emerging opportunities.

Since its regional launch, the firm has scaled its practice areas to include energy, infrastructure, private equity, and sports and entertainment. Middle East Regional Chairman Khalid A. Al-Thebity and Riyadh Deputy Managing Shareholder Marwa Al-Siyabi stated that the new office is designed to align with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. With existing offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the firm’s Riyadh hub acts as the anchor for its regional platform, serving a diverse client base across the Middle East.
