The new bakery café offers a signature menu of artisan pastries, breads, and handcrafted beverages. For the Shins, who relocated to South Florida from California six years ago, the venture represents a shift toward fostering local connections. They selected the franchise specifically for its emphasis on high-quality products, viewing the café as a necessary gathering space for neighborhood families.
This opening aligns with the company's aggressive growth strategy to establish 1,000 locations across the U.S. and Canada by 2030. CEO Darren Tipton noted that the brand seeks to revitalize the concept of the neighborhood bakery as a community pillar. By partnering with local entrepreneurs, the company intends to maintain its rapid North American footprint, which currently includes over 300 operating cafés.
