Sisram Medical Navigates Market Shifts with Injectables Growth

Sisram Medical reported US$171.4 million in revenue for the first half of 2026, a 3.6% increase fueled by a 54.2% surge in its injectables division. While the company faced a 21.6% revenue decline in North America, robust expansion across the APAC region helped stabilize its international financial performance.

Sisram Medical Navigates Market Shifts with Injectables Growth

The company’s shift toward a diversified wellness ecosystem is beginning to yield results, with injectables now accounting for 12.9% of total revenue. This second growth pillar, anchored by the commercial rollout of DAXXIFY in Mainland China, helped offset softer demand in the United States. During the reporting period, Sisram focused on scaling its manufacturing capabilities, marked by the commissioning of a new facility in Miyun, Beijing, designed to improve supply efficiency across the Asia-Pacific market.

Financial results reflect a period of transition, with net profit falling to US$1.1 million from US$9.0 million in the previous year. Management attributed this pressure to strategic investments in the Chinese injectable market and the costs associated with restructuring operations in North America. To restore margins, the group is prioritizing cost discipline and enhanced operational efficiency throughout the second half of 2026.

Technological integration remains a central objective, as the company continues to combine its legacy Energy-Based Devices with AI-powered diagnostic tools like Alma IQ. By leveraging cross-category synergies, Sisram aims to move beyond standalone aesthetic treatments toward personalized, long-term skin health management. The company plans to use this integrated model to regain competitive momentum in North America while deepening its footprint in emerging markets.
