Loyal IT brings two decades of experience in the Central Texas market, specializing in cybersecurity and compliance-driven infrastructure for legal and accounting firms. By folding the Austin team into its national network, Nexus IT gains a foothold in a competitive region while absorbing a firm known for high client retention and a people-first service model.
Nexus IT CEO Earl Foote emphasized that the cultural alignment between the two firms was a primary driver for the deal.
