Loyal IT brings two decades of experience in the Central Texas market, specializing in cybersecurity and compliance-driven infrastructure for legal and accounting firms. By folding the Austin team into its national network, Nexus IT gains a foothold in a competitive region while absorbing a firm known for high client retention and a people-first service model.

Nexus IT CEO Earl Foote emphasized that the cultural alignment between the two firms was a primary driver for the deal. For Loyal IT, the transition offers the backing of a larger entity supported by a $60 million growth facility from Metropolitan Partners Group. Marco Leal, who led Loyal IT for twenty years, noted that the decision came down to finding a partner that matched their commitment to proactive risk mitigation in an increasingly complex digital landscape.
