Bill McPherson, the company's Regional Vice President of Retail Network Development, noted that the event balances the celebration of past wins with the implementation of new processes intended to sharpen the network's competitive edge heading into 2027.
Among the honorees, T.J. and Jennifer Kerbs of West Palm Beach, Florida, received the Franny award, while Chuck Stempler of Seattle, Washington, claimed the title for Top Sales for a Franchisee with a Single Center.
