Emeka Paschal Okpe, Midea RAC’s Channel Manager, emphasized that the company’s heavy investment in research and development necessitates a departure from repetitive training cycles, opting instead for curriculum that reflects the latest market advancements.

Beyond the classroom, Midea is pushing for greater accountability through its Midea Club program. This digital platform allows installation engineers to track workflows, access technical documentation, and earn incentives for adhering to established quality standards. By formalizing these processes, the company seeks to improve the long-term reliability of air-conditioning systems across the country.
