WILLOW Fronts Free People Fall 2026 Campaign

Musician and creative force WILLOW anchors Free People’s latest campaign, a project that transcends traditional fashion modeling to highlight a deep-seated creative partnership. The collaboration, which officially launched August 17, integrates the artist’s personal styling choices with the brand’s new seasonal collection of lace, plaid, and structured silhouettes.

The campaign follows a series of collaborative milestones between the Philadelphia-based retailer and the artist, including the production of a music video for her latest album, The Thread, and an exclusive listening event at Public Records in New York City. Photographer Zoey Grossman captured the collection, which features WILLOW curating looks that reflect her own evolving aesthetic. According to Jack Reynolds, Chief Marketing Officer at Free People, the goal was to build a narrative that feels authentic to both the brand’s identity and the artist’s individual creative vision.

WILLOW, who has spent the last decade navigating diverse musical landscapes—from neo-soul and psychedelic folk to experimental hard rock—approached the partnership as a natural extension of her own values. Describing the brand as synonymous with the free human spirit, she helped select pieces that pair soft, romantic textures with sharper, more structured tailoring. The collection aims to emphasize personal expression through versatile proportions and layered styling, hitting global digital channels and retail stores simultaneously this month.
