Haider Ackermann Redefines Canada Goose for Fall/Winter 2026

Creative Director Haider Ackermann is steering Canada Goose into a new aesthetic era with the Fall/Winter 2026 collection, dubbed Second Nature. Moving beyond pure utility, the lineup emphasizes individual rituals and textures, aiming to transform the perception of cold-weather dressing from a chore into an act of personal expression.

The campaign, styled and directed by Ackermann, prioritizes craftsmanship and silhouettes that invite scrutiny. According to Carrie Baker, President of Brand & Commercial, the collection acknowledges that comfort in harsh seasons is derived from lived experience rather than mere preparation. By expanding into a broader range of categories, the brand seeks to accommodate diverse regional styles, whether in Madrid or New York.

This release represents the company's largest volume of new designs to date. The assortment incorporates collegiate-inspired palettes, nostalgic graphics, and plaids across knitwear and lightweight down. Later in the season, the brand plans to introduce the Sterling and Fallon puffer families, followed by an Après-Ski range featuring Western-inspired design elements. Maintaining its fur-free policy, Canada Goose has utilized recycled materials, such as post-consumer plastic bottles, to create faux fur trims for staples like the Aren, Shelburne, and Louise parkas. The collection is currently available through global retail locations and the brand's official website.
