By centralizing inventory management, kitting, and shipping under one roof, the firm aims to streamline its logistics to better support its PreK-and-up curriculum and toy lines. The project brings 37 new full-time positions to the region and reaffirms the retention of 288 existing jobs.
CEO Rick Woldenberg emphasized that the larger footprint provides a stronger foundation for the company’s growing customer base. Cushman & Wakefield managed the real estate transaction, while The Missner Group, Avgeris and Associates, and Wylie Capital led the build-to-suit construction.
