Nancy Mozzachio Joins RJ Brunelli to Expand Mid-Atlantic Brokerage

The strategic alliance aims to bolster RJ Brunelli’s landlord representation footprint across southern New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mozzachio, who previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Cedar Realty Trust, brings extensive expertise in asset repositioning and portfolio strategy. Her firm, Sine Qua Non, will now offer Brunelli’s clients development and operational support, including navigation of municipal zoning boards and economic incentive programs.

Danielle Brunelli, president of the Old Bridge-based brokerage, noted that the collaboration allows the firm to extend its reach into development consulting. Beyond leasing, the partnership provides landlords with technical services such as credit tool evaluations and management software optimization. This expansion follows RJ Brunelli’s recent entry into the Retail Brokers Network, as the firm continues to manage over 4.6 million square feet of leasable space in New Jersey.
