The agreement marks a significant expansion of the previous contract signed in July. Under the terms, LyoGenesis Plus 1 LLC serves as the exclusive manufacturer at its Mequon, Wisconsin facility, with quality control oversight managed by the affiliate firm Verlytix. Verlytix retains the responsibility for inspecting and approving each batch before it reaches the parent company.
William Jackson, CEO of Vector, emphasized that the partnership provides the stability required to scale the company's drug delivery technology. Chairman Tommy Thompson noted that securing a reliable, U.S.-based supply chain remains a core strategic objective for the firm’s growth in the sports medicine and pain management sectors. While the companies did not disclose the financial terms, title to all manufactured products transfers to Vector upon delivery.
