The investment comes through a combination of hard-dollar common shares and flow-through offerings, providing Thesis with fresh capital to accelerate work at its British Columbia property. The company plans to use the proceeds from the flow-through shares to fund exploration and technical studies, while the remaining funds will support general corporate operations.
Dr. Ewan Webster, CEO of Thesis, described the capital injection as a significant endorsement of the project’s scale and quality. The deal includes an amended investor rights agreement between the two firms. Pending final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange, the transaction is expected to close around August 27, 2026, marking a deeper integration of the two companies as the project moves toward permitting.
