The Novogradac 2026 Fall Affordable Housing Conference aims to bridge the gap between policy and practice by examining how state and federal low-income housing tax credits can be integrated with alternative financing tools. Brent Parker, a partner at Novogradac and chair of the event, emphasized that the current climate makes the exchange of development strategies more critical than ever for the state’s recovery.
Industry leaders, including developers, lenders, and government agencies, will participate in sessions covering debt and equity structures alongside specific market challenges unique to the region. Beyond the main conference, Novogradac will host two pre-conference workshops on September 15, focusing on LIHTC fundamentals and investor return analysis. The event is co-hosted by Highridge Costa, Hunt Companies Inc., and Kamaka Responsible Development, with additional support from sponsors including CREA and Lincoln Avenue Communities.
