Israel Corporation Net Profit Climbs to $53 Million in Second Quarter

The company’s growth was driven largely by its stake in ICL, which contributed $59 million to the quarterly profit compared to $40 million in 2025. While Prodalim investments saw a minor dip in profit contribution from $2 million to $1 million, the broader financial structure remained stable. As of June 30, the firm maintained a net cash position of $123 million, an improvement over the $100 million reported at the end of the first quarter. Total financial liabilities stood at $644 million against $704 million in liquid assets.

Strategic shifts defined the first half of the year, including the February IPO of Prodalim on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, which raised approximately NIS 370 million and adjusted the company’s holdings to 23.26%. Shareholders also saw a dividend payout of $13 million in late April. Furthermore, the company finalized a 10-to-1 share capital split, which took effect on July 27 following shareholder approval. These moves accompany a portfolio anchored by ICL, Prodalim, and a $86 million stake in AKVA Group.
