Ron Richardson, who acquired the dealership in 2012, spent over a decade refining its operations and expanding its market presence. A cornerstone of this growth was the construction of a state-of-the-art facility in 2017, which modernized the showroom and service departments. The sale was facilitated by Performance Brokerage Services, with Jon Couwenberg serving as the lead advisor. Couwenberg noted that the transaction concluded rapidly, citing the professional alignment between the buyer and the sellers as a key factor in the deal's success.

For Jeff Taylor, the acquisition represents a strategic pivot into the marine sector. Taylor brings over 30 years of automotive experience to the role, having previously worked with Performance Brokerage Services to acquire Pikes Peak Traveland RV in 2024. The dealership will continue operations at its existing location, with Taylor aiming to leverage the firm’s established reputation for service and premium brand offerings as he steers the business into its next phase of growth.
