Sunita Parasuraman adds a layer of deep governance and financial oversight, drawing on 25 years of experience at firms including Genentech, VMware, and Meta. During her 12-year stint at Meta, she led treasury operations and oversaw the reserve backing the Libra/Diem stablecoin initiative. She currently holds board positions at IREN Limited, The Baldwin Insurance Group, and BitGo Holdings.
