The company’s growth is anchored by its ability to bypass Amazon’s complex inbound placement fees. By centralizing inventory management at its McDonough facilities, ZonPrep saved clients $15 million in 2025. The firm currently manages over 10 million units monthly for more than 200 brands, operating across 600,000 square feet of warehouse space.
To sustain this momentum, ZonPrep opened a dedicated Consolidation Center on July 13, 2026, to handle all cross-dock volume. This move uncouples cross-docking from prep work, allowing the original 126 Liberty Industrial Parkway facility to pivot toward high-volume automation. By November 1, 2026, the company expects its daily processing capacity to exceed 1 million units, supported by the installation of new automated bubble and shrink lines. Founder Kayvon Nazarian attributed the firm’s rapid scaling to the recurring trust of brands that rely on their specialized, seller-centric logistics model.
