Founded in 2016 to serve patients with digestive conditions like IBS and Celiac disease, Epicured has evolved into a multi-therapeutic platform. Its menu now addresses complex health needs, including diabetes, renal disease, and cardiovascular issues. By integrating clinical oversight from physicians and dietitians with culinary expertise, the company aims to eliminate the traditional trade-off between strict dietary requirements and food quality.

Beyond direct-to-consumer meal delivery, Epicured has pivoted into the commercial healthcare sector. It currently provides meals and nutrition counseling to Medicaid members in New York and supports PACE programs in Massachusetts.
