Ziebart Elevates Three Veterans to Senior Leadership Roles

With over 45 years of combined internal experience, Ziebart has promoted three longtime executives to key leadership positions. The move signals a strategic shift toward deepening franchisee support and operational expertise, as the Troy-based automotive services provider looks to leverage talent developed within its own corporate and store-level ranks.

Ziebart Elevates Three Veterans to Senior Leadership Roles

Jason Theisen ascends to Senior Vice President of U.S. Franchise Operations, a role that leans on his two-decade history with the brand. Starting as a local technician in 2004, Theisen transitioned to the corporate side in 2013. His mandate now focuses on bridging the gap between corporate strategy and the needs of individual franchise owners.

Tom Bowler, a 10-year veteran of the company, steps into the role of Vice President of U.S. Retail Operations. Having previously served as a regional sales manager and technical support specialist, he is now tasked with managing the profitability and growth of Ziebart’s 15 corporate-owned locations.

Rounding out the appointments, Michelle Wells becomes Vice President of Marketing. Since joining as an intern in 2011, she has risen through the department to lead national advertising and strategy. Her work now extends beyond internal operations; she represents the brand on the International Franchise Association's Marketing and Innovation Committee, positioning the company within the broader franchise sector. CEO Thomas A. Wolfe noted that these appointments reflect a commitment to cultivating leadership from within, ensuring that those setting company direction have a firsthand understanding of the brand's service model.
