GME Supply Unifies B2B Procurement with Gearcor PRO Platform

Safety equipment provider GME Supply has launched Gearcor PRO, a digital procurement platform designed to consolidate ordering systems across its three primary brands. The software addresses the fragmented nature of industrial purchasing by centralizing catalogs, approval workflows, and financial tracking for large-scale trade operations and field service teams.

The platform functions by mapping an organization’s internal structure, allowing administrators to set granular permissions across multiple departments and regions. By replacing static gear lists with custom-priced, role-specific storefronts, GME Supply aims to standardize safety compliance while reducing the administrative burden on field crews. The system supports complex approval chains, where orders are routed based on specific dollar thresholds or management hierarchies, ensuring that purchasing remains aligned with corporate budgets.

Financial oversight is managed through a self-service portal, which provides access to a five-year searchable order history, tax exemption management, and detailed spend reports. CEO Ryan Keogh described the rollout as a long-term shift in the company's operating model, intended to provide frictionless compliance for safety managers. The transition is seamless for existing clients, as all legacy accounts, custom pricing, and historical data have been migrated to the new interface, which remains supported by the company's existing logistics and custom embroidery services.
