Bulldog Harley-Davidson Recovers $37,000 Using Voice AI

A North Carolina motorcycle dealership has turned missed phone calls into a revenue stream by integrating Revmo AI into its operations. Between May and July 2026, the technology captured $37,000 in after-hours business, proving that automated systems can handle complex customer requests without sacrificing the personal touch required in high-volume retail.

For Bulldog Harley-Davidson, the dealership floor is where the real work happens, but the constant ringing of phones often created a bottleneck. General Manager Tyler Dunmyer noted that business frequently slipped through the cracks when staff were occupied with in-person customers. By deploying Revmo AI, the Smithfield-based shop integrated its communication directly with the Lightspeed dealer management system, allowing the software to recognize returning customers and access their service history in real time.

Over an eight-week trial, the system managed 1,198 inbound calls, successfully resolving 801 of them without staff intervention. Beyond simply answering, the AI booked 69 appointments and routed nearly 400 callers to specific departments with full context. Dunmyer, who initially approached the technology with skepticism, credited the partnership to Revmo's ability to focus on operational utility rather than generic automation. By handling service requests and repair-status updates autonomously, the dealership saved nearly ten hours of live call time, ensuring that staff remained focused on the showroom floor rather than administrative logistics.
