The Philippines currently holds roughly 1.8 gigawatts of capacity for roof-mounted solar, a figure Del Rosario intends to grow significantly. She maintains that protecting the national grid requires coupling solar installations with robust energy storage systems, a move she views as a necessary disruptor. Beyond solar, her work extends into construction innovation through Union Insulated Panel Corporation. By introducing modular, energy-efficient materials, she aims to simplify building processes while enhancing insulation for both homes and businesses.

Efficiency remains a core pillar of her management strategy. Faced with a shortage of skilled labor as workers head overseas, she has prioritized lean teams and advanced technology, such as drone-assisted surveying and automated production lines. One production facility, managed by just six people, now generates up to 1.8 million square meters of panels annually. This technical focus also fuels her commitment to food security. By deploying solar-powered, containerized cold storage units to off-grid areas like Palawan and Benguet, she is addressing the 30–40 percent of produce typically lost to spoilage, providing farmers and fishermen with the means to preserve their harvest.

Looking ahead, Del Rosario is aligning her corporate mission with the Department of Energy’s goal of reaching 35 percent renewable energy by 2030. Her company recently secured a green energy auction contract, marking a pivotal step in the country's transition toward self-reliance. Through advocacy and a hands-on approach to client needs, she continues to push for solutions that bridge the gap between global technological availability and local infrastructure requirements.
