V2X Secures $500 Million Marine Corps Logistics Contract

Under the terms of the award, V2X will oversee the restoration of secondary repairable components, coordinating between original equipment manufacturers, military depots, and various industry partners. The deal carries a base value of approximately $391 million, with the total ceiling reaching half a billion dollars if all option periods are exercised. This partnership deepens a relationship spanning more than two decades, during which the company has focused on reducing repair cycle times and bolstering equipment availability for force readiness.

Jeremy C. Wensinger, President and CEO of V2X, noted that the firm’s role involves managing complex sustainment operations to improve supply chain performance. By integrating engineering and lifecycle management, the contractor aims to extend the service life of critical assets and ensure warfighters maintain access to mission-essential gear. The contract reinforces V2X's position within the defense sector, where it currently employs roughly 16,000 professionals focused on integrating physical and digital logistics environments.
