Camtek Posts Record Q2 Revenue as AI Infrastructure Demand Surges

The company’s latest financial disclosure reveals a non-GAAP net income of $39.4 million, or $0.78 per diluted share. While GAAP figures show a net income of $23.3 million, management emphasized that order intake has reached approximately $600 million since the start of the year. This momentum, particularly within the Advanced Packaging segment, supports a projected 20% quarter-over-quarter revenue surge for the third quarter, targeting between $158 million and $160 million.

CEO Rafi Amit attributed the sustained performance to the ongoing AI revolution, which continues to drive unprecedented requirements for data center hardware. Camtek expects its Advanced Packaging business to grow by 45% between the first and second halves of 2026. Looking ahead, the company anticipates more than 30% growth in the second half of the year compared to the first, sustained by a strong order backlog and strategic alignment with industry leaders.
