The new paternity leave policy supplements local statutory requirements, beginning with a phased rollout in Asia before expanding to all international regions. This initiative builds on the company's existing childcare subsidy program, which provided USD 1.6 million in support to over 2,000 families during the 2025 reporting period. Within its internal workforce, the company reported that women currently hold 33.1% of senior management positions and over half of all management roles in core revenue departments.
Beyond internal policy, the Group has secured validation from the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) for its near-term and net-zero greenhouse gas reduction goals, marking a first for any online travel firm in the Asia Pacific region. The company also launched a USD 100 million Tourism Innovation Fund to foster new destination development and cross-sector partnerships. Operational progress is further evidenced by the Group’s 'Trip for Everyone' accessibility project and its expanded SOS platform, which now manages emergency assistance in 24 languages across 100 destinations.
