Arcwood CEO HP Nanda noted that the integration is designed to deliver greater technical depth to clients while leveraging the company's broader national network.

For owners Shobhana Sharma and Angela Sharma, the move provides their staff with the resources of a larger organization while maintaining continuity for existing accounts. This transaction follows a series of high-profile acquisitions for Arcwood over the last two years, including Safeway, EBV, MXI, and ERG Environmental Group. By absorbing these diverse entities, the company continues to consolidate its position as a primary provider of sustainable waste solutions for the manufacturing and chemical industries.
