To qualify for the evaluation, companies must operate within the state with at least 15 employees. The final rankings were determined by the Workforce Research Group, which audited workplace policies, systems, and demographics alongside direct employee satisfaction surveys.
CEO Margy Grant attributed the consistent recognition to the internal culture, describing the award as a direct reflection of the dedication shown by the staff. Florida Realtors President Chuck Bonfiglio Jr. echoed this sentiment, noting that the team’s commitment to service supports the association's mission to provide legislative representation and research for its 230,000 members across 47 local boards.
