Kenco Integrates DeepFabric AI Agents to Automate Logistics Operations

By shifting from experimental pilots to a coordinated operational strategy, the firm aims to scale this infrastructure to 20 active agents within the next year to accelerate client response times.

Kenco Integrates DeepFabric AI Agents to Automate Logistics Operations

The partnership with platform provider DeepFabric focuses on embedding automation directly into high-judgment supply chain workflows. While industry standards typically see enterprises spend six to nine months transitioning AI agents into production, Kenco successfully integrated its first wave of agents without service disruptions. These tools are designed to handle routine tasks such as audits, bid management, and exception handling, allowing human teams to focus on complex decision-making.

Chief Operating Officer David Caines noted that the primary objective is to improve agility and service consistency without sacrificing accountability. The platform functions by operating within defined guardrails, providing evidence trails and human review paths for every output. Kalyan Kommineni, CEO of DeepFabric, highlighted that this disciplined approach avoids the common pitfall of pursuing technology for marketing purposes, instead prioritizing workflows that directly impact operational margins and customer trust.
