The new service offering creates a comprehensive pipeline for pest management, moving beyond simple product deployment. Clients can opt for a turnkey assessment provided by the Arizona-based firm or utilize proprietary tracking products and an internal AI tool to gather data themselves. SenesTech then interprets the findings to tailor specific, long-term solutions that may involve fertility control or broader integrated pest management practices.
Michael Edell, President and CEO of SenesTech, noted that many customers previously lacked the granular data necessary to gauge the severity of their pest issues. By integrating these assessments into their existing B2B service model, the company aims to reduce recurring infestations, mitigate reputational risks, and address the operational disruptions often caused by ineffective, reactive pest control measures. The rollout of these services began in July across targeted commercial vertical markets, marking a shift toward a more advisory-heavy revenue model.
