Stone, who joined the Palo Alto-based company as Chief Marketing Officer in January 2026, will now oversee the entire customer lifecycle. Her expanded mandate spans from initial brand awareness and onboarding to long-term retention and service expansion. This restructuring reflects a strategic push to align Plume’s go-to-market efforts with the increasing demands placed on ISPs by AI-driven subscriber expectations.
Prior to her tenure at Plume, Stone held significant leadership positions at Cisco and Meraki, where she managed portfolios worth billions and led large-scale marketing transformations. CEO Dan Herscovici noted that the creation of the CCMO role is a direct response to the diverse challenges faced by Plume’s partners across 58 countries. The appointment follows the recent hiring of Peter Wulfraat as Chief Revenue Officer, signaling an aggressive push to bolster the company’s leadership team amid intensifying competition in the broadband sector.
