McGogney, who joined Criteo in 2018, will retain oversight of corporate development and partnerships while taking command of the finance organization. His appointment follows a two-decade career in capital markets and corporate finance, including previous stints at Nielsen and Credit Suisse. He will continue reporting to Chief Executive Officer Michael Komasinski.

Komasinski credited McGogney for his role as a trusted partner in long-term strategic planning and capital allocation. Glickman will remain with the firm as an advisor through the end of September to ensure a smooth transition. During her tenure, which began in 2020, she was recognized for strengthening the company's financial foundation and driving operational discipline during a period of significant corporate transformation.
