The latest transaction adds approximately 0.25 percent to the stake held by the Cyprus-based investment vehicle. Following the settlement of these shares, NNS now directly controls 120,825,270 shares. When combined with the holdings of Nassef Sawiris, who is classified as a bidder under Dutch regulations, the total volume reaches 121,215,000 shares.
NNS continues to reserve the right to purchase further shares outside the scope of its formal offer, provided such actions comply with applicable legal frameworks. Any future acquisitions or arrangements regarding OCI securities will be disclosed through official channels in accordance with regulatory requirements. The firm, which manages assets across private equity, credit, and real estate, remains the largest shareholder in the group.
