The integration allows Electro-Sensors to leverage steute’s international footprint while maintaining its established manufacturing presence in Minnesota. By combining their portfolios, the companies intend to offer a unified suite of technologies for equipment monitoring and site safety, targeting sectors ranging from food processing and mining to power generation.
David Klenk, CEO of Electro-Sensors, stated that the partnership provides the engineering depth necessary to scale their monitoring technologies. Martin Kunz, CEO of steute Technologies, noted that the move complements the group’s existing wireless sensing and switching capabilities.
