At 9:30 AM on August 5, 2026, the Glendale Central Library Auditorium becomes the stage for the Comprehensive Community Health Centers’ annual Health Leaders Forum. The forum, a centerpiece of National Health Center Week, aims to streamline care coordination across a diverse network of providers. David Lontok, President and CEO of CCHC, opens the session, followed by a keynote address from California Surgeon General Dr. Diana E. Ramos. Media specialist Denise Dador and Commissioner Jannelle So-Perkins also headline the program to discuss strategic communication in public health.

A central panel features Glendale Mayor Ardy Kassakhian, alongside leaders from Direct Relief, Glendale Unified School District, and Cedars-Sinai Hospital. These speakers will address the practical challenges of delivering care to underserved populations. Since its founding in 2004, CCHC has expanded to operate six permanent centers and a mobile clinic network serving seven school districts, currently supporting over 55,000 patients across Los Angeles County.
