Select Registry Unveils Finalists for 2026 Craft Lodging Awards

The finalists represent a diverse collection of more than 230 properties within the Select Registry portfolio. Categories for the 2026 cycle span traditional hospitality metrics, such as the Best Breakfast and Best Restaurant awards, alongside modern operational recognitions like the Sustainability Champion, Best Social Media and Content Creation, and the Guest Loyalty Award. The Innkeeper of the Year category highlights individual leaders, including David Avis of Michigan's Inn at Black Star Farms and Nicole Smoluk of Pennsylvania's The Londonderry Inn & Estate, who have demonstrated significant dedication to the craft.

"These finalists represent the heart of what makes independent lodging so special," said Mark Reichle, CEO of Select Registry. According to the organization, the selection process focuses on properties that elevate the standard of independent travel by infusing local culture and history into their guest stays. The winners will be formally announced on November 10, 2026, during the Select Registry National Meeting & Conference in Ponte Vedra, Florida.
