For years, the leap from submission to bind has been marred by manual re-keying and disconnected tools. By embedding d3 Desk into its workbench, Convr enables teams to process complex multi-line and multi-state scenarios without exiting the platform. The engine draws on the company’s Risk Context Engine, which leverages a 161-million-entity data lake and a domain-specific ontology refined since 2016 to ground its outputs in traceable, explainable data.
CEO John Stammen noted that clients previously experienced diluted productivity gains whenever they were forced to leave the workbench to generate quotes. This new integration ensures that underwriting teams can manage a submission from arrival to delivery in a single space. While the engine handles rating and quoting natively, the platform remains flexible at the bind stage. Through API connectivity, carriers can link d3 Desk to their current policy administration systems, avoiding the need for a total infrastructure overhaul while accelerating their decision-making process.
