His expertise centers on navigating complex international environments to secure multi-sector backing.
At IREX, Turilli will oversee efforts to translate partner requirements into actionable, high-impact programs. President and CEO Aleksander Dardeli noted that Turilli’s background in capital mobilization and organizational transformation is essential for the nonprofit’s current evolution. Turilli himself emphasized a customer-centric approach, aiming to leverage IREX’s existing network of governments and donors to deliver measurable results at a larger scale.
