Small brings more than 25 years of experience in human capital management to the executive team. In her previous capacity as Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Growth, she focused on modernizing talent ecosystems and refining leadership development programs. Her transition to the C—suite role is intended to sustain the company's internal growth initiatives and workforce readiness strategies.

President and CEO John Mengucci credited Small with instrumental contributions toward shaping the company's talent pipeline. Her background includes a degree from Virginia Tech and various professional human resources certifications.
