The expansion places the firm directly across from Sentara CarePlex Hospital, a strategic move designed to integrate the practice into the daily life of the Hampton community. Managing Partner C. Arthur "Brother" Rutter III described the site as more than a satellite office, framing the move as an effort to embed the firm within the city's fabric rather than simply providing a service. To mark the opening, the firm is launching a scholarship program, offering $2,500 to two rising high school seniors for the 2027-2028 academic year.
While the firm touts a history of securing over $1 billion in client recoveries, the leadership emphasizes that their operational philosophy prioritizes long-term client stability over headline-grabbing settlement figures. The new location serves as a hub for the entire Peninsula, including Newport News, Williamsburg, and York County, handling cases ranging from maritime law and workers' compensation to motor vehicle accidents. The office is open for consultations Monday through Friday, operating on a contingency fee basis.
