Group revenue climbed 9% year-on-year to USD 4.0 billion, bolstered by the integration of the Hellenic Healthcare Group in Greece and Cyprus. International operations now account for 33% of total revenue, with EBITDA rising 24% to USD 782 million. This shift toward higher-margin international assets, combined with a 75% bed occupancy rate across the UAE network, underscores the group's current trajectory.

Simultaneously, the insurance division, branded as Cover, saw Gross Written Premiums increase by 13% to USD 1.5 billion. Daman, the group's insurance arm, recently secured an A1 rating from Moody’s, reflecting its strengthened market position. Looking ahead, management confirmed that the firm will continue to prioritize disciplined capital allocation and the integration of AI-driven technologies to sustain its expansion across both clinical and insurance verticals.
