Every residence is built to meet ENERGY STAR certification standards, a benchmark currently held by fewer than 12% of new homes nationwide, intended to reduce long-term utility costs and improve indoor air quality. Sales offices and model units are now open for both walk-in visitors and scheduled private tours.
