The pharmaceutical giant’s performance highlights the ongoing transition of its revenue base. Global immunology revenue reached $8.786 billion, bolstered by strong uptake of Skyrizi and Rinvoq, which offset a sharp 35.9 percent decline in Humira sales. Neuroscience also proved a critical growth engine, contributing $3.228 billion, led by consistent demand for Vraylar and Botox Therapeutic. Conversely, the oncology portfolio saw a slight dip of 1.5 percent, though specific therapies like Elahere continued to show double-digit gains.
Looking ahead, AbbVie has adjusted its 2026 adjusted diluted EPS guidance to a range of $13.87 to $14.07. This revision accounts for the anticipated $0.14 per share dilutive impact of the Apogee Therapeutics acquisition, expected to close in the third quarter. CEO Robert A. Michael characterized the period as one of "outstanding execution," noting that the addition of Apogee’s clinical-stage pipeline in inflammatory and immunological diseases will be instrumental in maintaining the company’s competitive edge in the coming years.
